I always return to a cozy B&B in Florence. Not only do they have all the amenities like Wi-Fi and a Jacuzzi, but they also helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. Perfect for me! Coming back for Christmas.

This B&B exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. The location was ideal, being only a short walk from the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a balcony with a lovely view. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. The facilities, such as the sauna and relaxation room, added a luxurious touch to our stay. we were highly impressed with the attention to detail and high standards of this B&B.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing, with limited healthy choices and overly sweet items.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions and recommendations. One advantage was the location, with a tram stop just a minute away, making it convenient to reach the city center.

The hotel was hard to find, with a small sign that could easily be missed. The wifi was unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not.

Loved their "free" sauna with mineral salts and chromotherapy shower! And the best part is, they provided a garden with loungers where I could relax afterwards. So generous!

Who needs communication skills? The staff barely spoke English, but hey, who needs to understand each other anyway?

I stayed at Comfort B&B and had a wonderful experience! The staff made a real effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was convenient, with free on-site parking and easy access to the tram that takes you to downtown. There was even a great pizza place nearby that made us feel like locals. I absolutely loved the decor at this B&B. The stylish design and attention to detail made me feel like I was staying in a luxury hotel. The common areas were beautifully furnished, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The rooms were easy to navigate, and there were no stairs or obstacles that would hinder my movement.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy or not present when needed.

The rooms at Florence Comfort B&B were so cozy and comfortable, perfect for our family with two small kids. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days, and the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hydromassage showerhead in the bathroom, but I know others might enjoy it.
